Expedited Renovation of 11 Units

In the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, our Surfrider project involved the swift restoration of 11 damaged apartment units, with 90% of these units requiring a full gut renovation. Despite the scale and complexity of the project, our dedicated team efficiently handled demolition, framing, roofing, insulation, drywall, and paint, enabling us to revitalize each space promptly. By expediting the renovation process, we ensured our client’s properties were swiftly back on the market and available for lease, providing a seamless transition from restoration to re-release.
