In the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, our Bella Ridge project involved the swift restoration of 12 damaged apartment units, with 90% of these units requiring a full gut renovation. Despite the scale and complexity of the project, our dedicated team efficiently handled demolition, framing, roofing, insulation, drywall, and paint, enabling us to revitalize each space promptly. By expediting the renovation process, we ensured our client’s properties were swiftly back on the market and available for lease, providing a seamless transition from restoration to re-release.

Exterior Remodel

Our creative and skilled team devised innovative solutions to swiftly move the project forward, ensuring the buildings’ exterior received the transformation it needed. The scope of work included expert exterior demolition, framing repairs, waterproofing, exterior sheathing, siding, and a full repaint, resulting in a revitalized and appealing complex for residents and visitors to enjoy.
